Shipments and Returns

 

Delivery

- Delivery time:  2-5 business days.

- Carrier: Dpd, the driver will come to your home once, if you are absent he will pass a second time, and if you are still absent then they will leave you a notice of passage by asking you to contact them to fix another delivery or leave the parcels in a relay point near you.

- Destination: to all of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Low, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland

- Free delivery:  For any order over 200 € (except Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Iceland, Romania and Serbia where the order must be greater than 300 €), 100 € extra for parcels over 35 kg, and 200 € extra for parcels over 50kg, customs fees of 150 € extra for Switzerland!

- Insurance: Your order is insured in case of loss or theft, you will be immediately refunded or you will receive a new order at no extra charge if the package is declared as lost or stolen!

- Tracking number: You receive your tracking number automatically by email, you can also track your package in the "my account" section.

Procedure Returns - Exchanges

- the withdrawal period is 14 days

- the withdrawal period starts the day you receive your order

- the request for retraction must be submitted by email and must be unambiguous clearly stating your decision to retract

- the transport costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer

- the exchange includes only the amount of the product purchased, shipping costs are not included (ex: you paid € 100 for an order that includes a product to € 90 with € 10 for delivery, we make you the exchange with a product of 90 € only)

- the exchange is done within 14 days after receiving the product back in our store

- the product must be returned in a new condition with no signs of wear or modification

- Returns must be sent to the address of our store: "Rue de Namur 10, 1400 Nivelles, Belgium" mentioning the name of the manager: "Serge Werdefroy"

- you must inform us of your withdrawal by email or phone before returning the product to our store

- the withdrawal period is 14 days

- the withdrawal period starts the day you receive your order

- the request for retraction must be submitted by email and must be unambiguous clearly stating your decision to retract

- the costs of returning the order are the responsibility of the customer

- the refund includes only the amount of the product purchased, the delivery costs are not refundable (ex: you paid € 100 for an order that includes a product to € 90 with € 10 for delivery, we refunded you € 90 only )

- if the shipping costs were offered then you are refunded the amount of the product by removing the delivery costs that it cost us (ex: you paid € 100 for an order that includes a product € 100 and the delivery of 10 € was offered, we refunded 90 € only)

- the refund is done within 14 days after receiving the product back in our store

- the refund is done with the same means of payment of the customer (if the customer has paid by transfer, we refund to you by transfer)

- the product must be returned in a new condition with no signs of wear or modification

- you must inform us of your withdrawal by email or phone before returning the product to our store

We will make the full refund (price of the product with the price of the delivery) and immediate if the product ordered on the site is out of stock, which is possible in the case where the manager of the site did not update in real time the stock of the site, that is why we advise you to call us before placing an order to ensure that the product is always in stock

 

Exchange and refund accepted only:

- if the product you received does not match the product description ordered

- if the product you received is damaged

- if the package has been lost or stolen

- if the product no longer suits you

 

Exchange and refund not allowed:

- if the period of 14 days is exceeded

- if the price of the product has changed on the market, during sales or promotions

- if the product you sent to us is used, damaged or modified by you (eg if you added something not original on the product)
